Fabian Reese extends Hertha BSC contract until 2028

Following the signing of Florian Niederlechner on Tuesday, Hertha BSC have announced a two-year contract extension for Fabian Reese, keeping him at the club until 2028.

The 26-year-old attacking player, who has been with Hertha since 2023, has impressed with his performances for the Bundesliga side, scoring four goals and providing five assists in 15 league appearances this season.

Reese's new contract is a sign of Hertha's commitment to building a competitive squad under head coach Sandro Schwarz. The club is currently 14th in the Bundesliga table, but will be hoping to improve their position in the second half of the season.
